Sarah Hay, Equities Execution Client Strategy and Head APAC and EMEA Commission Management, UBS
Sarah is responsible for managing of senior execution relationship and helping to develop our client and liquidity strategy. She is focused on broad product marketing and providing market-leading execution solutions to our clients to help them with their increasingly complex execution requirements and regulatory obligations.
Sarah took on the additional role of head of EMEA and APAC Commission Management in May 2018.
Sarah actively participates on wide ranging industry initiatives. She was an observer on the Board of BATS Europe from June 2013 until June 2016 and a member of the Turquoise board until December 2018.
Sarah holds a first class degree in Pure Mathematics and represented Wales in Rowing. She is a keen cyclist.
