Dermot Dunphy, Head of EMEA Equities Dealing, M&G
Dermot has been at M&G since 2001. He previously traded global equities and equity related products. Since the implementation of a desk in Asia since 2021 he concentrates on EMEA and the Americas. He has developed and runs the TCA product and analysis for the equities desks. He has been Head of EMEA Equity Trading since 2021.
He works closely with brokers, liquidity providers, exchanges and industry bodies on market initiatives and discussions. Dermot was part of the buyside working group that worked with Turquoise to establish their block discovery product. He is one of the representatives of M&G on the Sustainable Trading network.
