Bente A Landsnes was President & Chief Executive Officer for Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA and Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs ASA from 2006 and stepped down April 2019. She has also been Chairman for Fish Pool, Chairman for Oslo Clearing, Chairman for Oslo Market Solutions and Non-executive board member for VPS (The Norwegian CSD). She was also on the board of Federation of European Securities Exchanges (2013-19).
Before she took the position at Oslo Børs, she was Group Executive Vice President DNBNOR and Executive Vice President Gjensidige NOR, responsibility IT and operations.
Presently she is a Non-Executive Board Member, Danske Bank and Vice Chair BoD, Norbit Group.
