Barry Young, Director, is a member of the Product Management team within the Aladdin Product Group at Blackrock.
As a product manager Barry and team guide the Aladdin product from conception to launch. Product Managers work in partnership with the Aladdin engineers and stakeholders to create the product vision, think commercially about the product, and enhance the Aladdin value proposition for its users. Product Management leverages teams across the organization to execute on cross-platform initiatives on behalf of BlackRock and Aladdin clients. Aladdin Product Management is responsible for all major components of the Aladdin platform, including investment tools, trading, compliance, operations, portfolio administration, corporate and collaboration tools.
