The FIX Trading Community have today announced two important organisational changes to the FIX Trading Community Program Office. With the appointment of Jim Kaye and Laurence Jones as Executive Director and Regional Director (Americas) respectively.

  • Jim Kaye has been appointed Executive Director with responsibility for all FIX staff, marketing, communications, sales and the day to day operations of FIX. Many of you will know Jim who has worked with FIX for over twenty years including time as both a Director and as GSC co-chair and will bring that experience to help take the organisation forwards.
  • Laurence Jones has joined as the Americas Regional Director. Laurence has significant experience both in the industry and with FIX, having been involved in a number of initiatives for many years and help to drive the Post trade Agenda.

This completes the journey of building a consistent management and regional structure for FIX, ensuring it can meet the needs of its members and the industry more broadly across the global community. We wish Laurence and Jim the very best in their new roles.

Jim and Laurence join Maria Netley and Ed Mangles as the EMEA Regional Director and the Asia Pac director respectively to complete the team.
