Tim Kreutzmann is Vice President Legal at BVI, the German Fund and Asset Management Association. He is responsible for open-ended funds, investor-specific regulation of credit institutions, insurance companies and pension schemes as well as trade and market regulation. Tim is an attorney at law, holds a master degree in international trade law from the University of Stellenbosch/South Africa and is a specialist lawyer for German tax law. Before joining BVI, he worked as an attorney with focus on asset management, alternative investments, tax and regulatory advice.
