Tim Kreutzmann, Vice President Legal, BVI
Tim Kreutzmann is Vice President Legal at BVI, the German Fund and Asset Management Association. He is responsible for the regulation of open-ended investment funds, trading and market regulation, investor-specific investment guidelines and the legal framework for digital assets.
Tim holds a doctorate in commercial and financial law and a masters degree in international trade law. Before joining BVI in 2018, he worked as a lawyer focussing on asset management, alternative investments, tax and regulatory advice.
