Séverine Vandelanoite, Senior Vice President, Market Structure & Regulation, Deutsche Börse AG
Séverine is market structure expert for equity markets at Xetra and focuses on regulatory topics which impact the EU equity trading landscape including MiFID II/MiFIR, SSR, MAR and domestic regulations. She supports her institution and Deutsche Börse’s clients in their analysis and understanding of the related obligations and requirements. She is member of the ESMA SMSC Consultative Working Group and is active in industry associations like FESE.
Séverine holds a PhD in Economics and Econometrics from Paris la Sorbonne and was previously Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Unit at the French Ministry of Finance. She also worked in product development and market research at Deutsche Börse.
