Martijn Rookhuijzen, Senior Supervisor Capital Market Infrastructure department, Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)

Martijn joined the AFM in 2024 after serving a decade in public administration as policy officer in financial markets regulation. Between 2020 and 2024 he was seconded at the European Commission where he worked on the MiFIR review. At the AFM Martijn continues to contribute to the development of financial instruments market structure, via supervisory activities as well as via participation in national and international policy discussions.
