Marina Baudéan joined 21Shares as Head of France, Belgium & Luxembourg in June 2022. She is responsible for developing the 21Shares footprint in these regions to meet investor’s growing appetite for digital asset solutions.
Marina comes from traditional finance, driving changes in Fixed Income markets through a variety of client facing roles. In 2000, she started at Tradeweb, a leading electronic trading platform, and pursued her career at Barclays, where she spent more than 15 years developing the BARX franchise and was lastly heading the Electronic Rates Distribution team in EMEA.
Through her career, Marina has always been driven by providing clients best in class solutions that combine finance and technology. Joining 21Shares, the world’s largest Crypto ETP issuer 100% collateralised, is a testimony to her commitment in helping investors successfully embrace financial innovation.
