Laetitia Visconti, Head of EMEA Equities Market Structure & Market Connectivity, Barclays
Laetitia has more than 15 years’ experience in managing market structure and regulatory changes with a focus on Equities Execution and Prime Services. She joined Barclays in 2010 as a front office product manager, working on various key EMEA structural changes impacting execution services. In 2018, she became Head of EMEA Equities Market Structure focusing on Brexit implementation and MIFID III advocacy. She is responsible for Barclays Equities market access offering with a strong focus on low latency DEA access. She holds Barclays’ seat at the Plato Partnership Advisory Committee and at the AFME Equities Board. She joined the AMF Markets and Exchanges Consultative Commission in December 2022 and is an active member of various industry groups focusing on changes affecting Equities market structure. Laetitia holds a master degree in mechanical engineering from INSA de Lyon and a Master in Marketing from HEC Paris.
