Gavin Wells, Swaps strategy, 360 Trading Networks
Gavin Wells joined 360T in February 2020 to further the development of their FX Swaps strategy.
From 2016 to 2019 he was the Head of Europe at Digital Asset, the New York-based provider of distributed ledger solutions, and prior to that spent eight years at LCH / LSEG where his teams delivered the first clearing service for Foreign Exchange and rebuilt similar for Credit Default Swaps. Between 1993 and 2008 Gavin worked at Citi in a variety of leadership roles in Foreign Exchange. Gavin’s career started in the British Army where he served for eight years as an officer in the Royal Artillery. He is a founding member of the Women’s Equality Party and actively supports the charities Action Breaks Silence and The Recovery Course.
