Deniz is bringing over 15 years of expertise in Fixed Income markets amid an era of rapid electronic transformation. With a deep understanding of evolving trading protocols and dynamic market structures, Deniz plays a pivotal role in shaping the future strategy for Rates & Credit at UBS, alongside spearheading various technology initiatives within the bank, including AI.
She is a dedicated mentor for junior talent, particularity with apprentices. Deniz is also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, raising awareness and inclusion of diverse cognitive perspectives to drive better decision making and problem solving.
Before joining UBS, Deniz honed her skills in Fixed Income electronic & voice Sales at Citi and Deutsche Bank, and began her career at Bloomberg, specialising in FX in Emerging Markets.
