Courtney Doyle McGuinn, Operations Director, FIX Trading Community
Courtney Doyle McGuinn is the Operations Director of FIX Trading Community. Courtney has been a dedicated FIX resource for 15 years providing continued support and significant leadership and has leveraged her unique understanding of FIX’s operational and strategic needs to ensure the continual growth of the FIX organization and the FIX Protocol. As part of her role, Courtney manages all resources and service providers to ensure the highest quality service and value for FIX and its global membership, oversees the organization’s relationship with distinct counsel to ensure long term protection of the FIX Protocol, ensures spending within FIX is maintained within budget, interfaces with other organization in which FIX has strategic relationships, facilitates numerous initiatives within FIX specifically around risk management, buy-side needs and new regulations among other things. Courtney has previously authored numerous articles about the FIX Protocol and has represented FIX as a speaker in numerous events.
Prior to this role, Courtney was involved in various engagements for Jordan & Jordan which have included conducting comprehensive market research to uncover opportunities in the financial marketplace and assisting in the selection of suitable technology solutions. She was also a lead trainer during a nationwide rollout of a market data application, demonstrating it’s capabilities and assisting new users on the system. As a member of a development team, Courtney assisted in creating a service web site providing clients with market data information. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College.
