Chris Jackson, Head of EMEA Equities and Global Head of Equities Strategy, Liquidnet
Chris Jackson has over 25 years of experience in equity trading in various global roles. He is currently Head of Liquidnet’s Equity business in EMEA. He is also responsible for Liquidnet’s Equity product strategy.
Chris joined Liquidnet in 2015 from Citi where he was Head of Execution Sales, EMEA. Prior to Citi, Chris spent twelve years at Merrill Lynch where he held a number of roles in London and New York and was latterly EMEA Head of Sales across programme, transitions and electronic trading. Chris started his career in programme trading sales at SG Warburg. In addition, Chris has been co-chair of the EMEA FIX committee, an advisor to the UK Government office for Science on the future of computer trading in financial markets and a founding member of the OpenTCA initiative to promote transparency and standards in Transaction Cost Analysis.
