Charlotte Sickermann is senior policy officer in the trading unit of ESMA since 2014 and is focussing on transparency and market structure issues of MiFID II. She started her career at the German Bundesbank in 2007, working in particular in the financial stability department. From 2011-2014 she joined the European Commission (DG MARKT) as a national seconded expert working on financial services policy, in particular, banking union and the European System of Financial Supervision (ESRB and ESAs).
