Anthony Belcher, Head of Sustainable Finance, ICE Group
Anthony is Head of Sustainable Finance at ICE Data Services at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) is a Fortune 500 company that designs, builds and operates digital networks to connect people to opportunity.
In this role, Anthony is responsible for developing and delivering ICE’s data strategy surrounding sustainable finance. He works with financial market participants to support their, and their client’s, sustainable finance goals in areas such as ESG investing, managing climate risk, and environmental markets.
He was previously Head of Fixed Income & Data Services, EMEA, where he drove the growth and success of the ICE Data Services business in the EMEA region.
Anthony joined ICE in December 2015 as part of the acquisition of Interactive Data by ICE. At Interactive Data Anthony held several positions including Managing Director for Strategy and Product Management.
Anthony is a member of FCA’s Climate Financial Risk Forum (CFRF), Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM), The City UK Green and Sustainable Finance Group. He also co-chairs the ICE Sustainable Finance Working Group.
Anthony holds an MBA from London Business School and Bachelor of Science (BSc), Chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
