He has delivered strategic change and business growth for banks, markets infrastructure and the UKs regulator. Amongst his roles he was COO at disruptor exchange Virt-x (latterly SWX Europe), ran the Post Trade business for Euronext, and was Head of Business Development for EuroCCP. Most recently and prior to founding his business, Andrew was head of M&A and strategy for Bolsas y Mercados Españoles. He has always been a leading voice on competition issues for the UK and Europe, such as CCP interoperability and trading venue competition.
