Will currently leads Retail Trading and Personal Investing at the London Stock Exchange, overseeing business development, product and strategy for the exchange across Capital Markets, as well as supporting policy wide reforms to help improve access for retail investors across the Exchange’s markets. Prior to joining LSEG just under four years ago, he worked for Barclays in their Global Markets team for 5 years, working across London and Amsterdam covering their ECM Global Markets team in coverage roles.
