Ruchi Gawri, Head of European Rates Electronic Sales, Product, and Market Structure Strategy at Morgan Stanley
Ruchi Gawri is responsible for EMEA Rates sales, product development, and Market Structure at Morgan Stanley. During 17 years of her career in the financial industry, she worked in Fixed income research, Macro Structuring, and cross-asset hedge fund sales, before transitioning to the world of Fixed income Electronic Trading at Morgan Stanley. During her tenure at MS, she has led the electronification and digitization of the trading business across various asset classes. Ruchi holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering, and an MBA degree with focus on Finance. She is also an FRM charter-holder. Last but not the least, a mother to very young and energetic kids.
