As per the above, the FIX Unified Repository (the version of the FIX Repository prior to FIX Orchestra) was initially published under the proprietary license (FIX Repository License Agreement) which can be found below.  Going forward, when downloading the current format, which includes the FIX Unified Repository, as well as the Orchestra format the Apache License, Version 2.0 applies.
