Stelios Tselikas has been a part of ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA) since early 2014 and is its Chief Operating Officer. IBA is part of Intercontinental Exchange Group and is one of the world’s most experienced administrators of regulated benchmarks.
Prior to joining IBA, Stelios was Corporate Treasurer and Risk Manager of a Shipping Group; and formerly a sales/dealer of Interest Rate and FX Derivatives for BNP Paribas.
Stelios started his career working for the French Ministry of Finance within the Treasury’s forecasting department.
Stelios has Master’s degrees in Quantitative Economics and Financial Markets from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University and the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris.
