Andrew is the founder and CEO of ESG Tech, a next-generation verified data exchange platform for sustainable finance.
ESG Tech advances the acquisition and verification process of material disclosure of Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) for underlying assets, for fixed and alternative investment classes to enable the scalable issue of KPI-linked financial products.
Financiers, borrowers and investors all benefit from a reduction in operational costs through the digitization of the client onboarding and relationship management processes, the creation of new product opportunities through augmented data transparency and analytics, the ability to rank and rate performance, and more accurate quantification and communication of exposure and performance internally and externally.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Specialising in Naval Architecture & Marine. Andrew is accredited by the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA-Credential Holder). He currently sits on two Climate Bond Initiative Technical & Industry working groups backed by years of experience across four continents in various corporate and social environments, and over 30+ Energy-based projects. Andrew has acquired an in-depth understanding of operational risk and the tripartite relationship of Corporations, Societies, and Governments which laid the foundational knowledge for the creation of ESG Tech.
