Nick Mannino, Executive Director, Product Development, Extended Enterprise, Securities Services, J.P. Morgan

Nick Mannino is an Executive Director in Extended Enterprise Product Development for J.P. Morgan Securities Services based in New York.  In this role, he leads efforts to connect with client order management systems and vendor applications by designing and implementing best-in-class operating models and technology solutions.

Nick has over 13 years of financial services industry experience.  Previously, Nick managed J.P. Morgan custody and prime brokerage middle office and operations teams, providing transactional support across a diverse set of institutional clients and hedge funds.  Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Nick worked at SecondMarket, a fintech firm which created software to support corporate tender offers for private companies.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Richard Comotto, Senior Consultant, ICMA

Senior Consultant to the ICMA. Richard is author of the ICMA’s Guide to Best Practice in the European Repo Market, its SFTR Reporting Recommendation and Repo FAQs as well as director of the ICMA semi-annual survey of the European repo market. He also conducts training for ICMA on repo and the GMRA. Richard also acts as a repo expert for the IMF, Asian Development Bank and other development organizations, advising on the creation and reform of repo and money markets in emerging markets. He served for 10 years in the Bank of England, including the Bank’s Foreign Exchange Division and on secondment to the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC.
