Laurence Jones, Americas Regional Director, FIX Trading Community

With 18 years’ experience in the financial services post-trade space, Laurence serves as the Americas Regional Director at FIX, and is a Managing Partner at TZero Partners LLC, a post-trade consultancy firm. Laurence has held several roles in FIX, including Co-Chair of the Global Post Trade Working Group from 2018-2023 as well as sitting on the Americas Governance Board since 2019. Previously Laurence was a Director in Post-Trade Strategy at Traiana where he led the design & launch of their payment messaging and matching products, utilizing FIX workflows. Prior to Traiana, Laurence held numerous senior level roles including 6 years at LCH where he helped design and develop the first OTC FX Clearing Service. He also oversaw the expansion of FX Operations in North America, as well as managing the Collateral Operations team globally. Laurence has also worked at JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch and Lloyds Bank within Derivative Operations.

Allison Morrow, Vice President, Operational Client Relationship Management & NAM Global Spread Product Middle Office, Citi

Allison Morrow is a Vice President with Citi’s Institutional Client Group as a part of the Operational Client Relationship Management team and Fixed Income Sales Management team. Allison directly manages a team overseeing all Sales Middle Office functionality within Money Market and Repo Products.  In addition, she is apart of the Operational Client Relationship Management team which manages key client relationships and vendor relationships from a post-execution perspective, acting as an escalation & advisory contact point across all executing broker products, with a view to creating a competitive advantage for our business.

Allison holds a Bachelors of Science from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.  In addition, Allison is a member of the Women’s Bond Club and the CAO for Citi’s Developing Talent program promoting women within Citi.

Louis John Rosato, III, Co-Chair Americas Regional Committee, and FIX Lifecycle and Ecosystem Working Group, FIX Trading Community, Director, Investment Operations BlackRock

Lou Rosato, Director, is a member of BlackRock’s Global Investment Operations Leadership. He oversees Industry Engagement and Strategy in partnership with Blackrock’s Counterparties, Custodians, Third-Party Providers, Industry Organizations, Utilities and Clients. Lou works closely with BlackRock’s leadership and technology professionals to conceptualize, design and execute BlackRock’s Global Investment Operations and Aladdin Platform post trade and asset servicing strategies and vision. He’s responsible for aligning external partners to advance change and drive industry leading innovations and best practice for the benefit of BlackRock’s Clients and Stakeholders.

Before taking on his current role, Lou lead the Global Trade Operations Teams in the US and EMEA. In previous roles at BlackRock he was regional Head of Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Equity Trade Operations, as well Co-Head of the firms Retail Separately Managed Account Operations and served previously on the firms Trading Oversight Committees.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2004, Lou was with Jennison Associates, LLC where he was responsible for establishing and managing the firms Retail SMA Trading and Operations Teams. He performed similar roles for 1838 Investment Advisors and Rittenhouse Financial Services. He began his career in 1987 as an Operations Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and worked for Dean Witter in Equity Specialist and FX Floor Broker roles on the PHLX.

Mr. Rosato is a Board Member of FIX Protocol Ltd and ISITC where he supports both non-profit organizations to help develop strategy and execute their missions in support of its membership. He’s an active participant and previous Chairperson of the Investment Company Institute Securities Operations Advisory Committee as well as the SIFMA Asset Management Group Leadership Committee. He’s a current member of the SIFMA Operations and Technology Committee and active participant of several other industry organizations. He previously represented BlackRock on the OMGEO Regional Advisory Council in the Americas and was Co-Chair of the Industry Working Group formed by DTCC, ICI, SIFMA, and Industry Participants to analyze and plan for and implement T2 Settlement Compression in the US. He earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Widener University.
