Jack Pollina, Managing Director Commission Management and Outsourced Trading, Virtu Financial

Jack Pollina is global head of the Commission Management Services and Outsourced Trading at Virtu Financial.  Jack has been with Virtu ITG for 22 years and has extensive experience in the CCA/CSA business and regulations.

Prior to joining Virtu, Jack spent 7 years at Lehman Brothers and worked in both the soft dollar and market data group.  Jack holds a BS in Mathematics

Gary Paulin, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Integrated Trading Solutions, Global Markets, The Northern Trust

Gary is the Global Head of Integrated Trading Solutions, ITS, Northern Trust’s institutional brokerage business. Gary joined Northern Trust in May 2016 with the acquisition of Aviate Global where he was a co-founder and responsible for its product offering.

Gary is primarily focused on managing the new client opportunities including internal cross selling, consultant led opportunities, new to NT opportunities, global road show and driving the narrative from a PR perspective. Gary is point person for all NTS LLP prospecting and managing the clients through to onboarding. Gary has a Law Degree from Victoria University (NZ) and a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University.  Prior to founding Aviate Global in 2007, Gary worked at Merrill Lynch in London in European Sales.

Gary is a registered representative with the FCA and FINRA and holds his Series 17 and 63 licenses.

Daniel Morgan, Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Solutions, State Street Global Markets, Chief Executive Officer, SSGM, LLC

Dan Morgan is a Senior Managing Director of State Street and is responsible for leading our Agency Trading, Transition Management, and Outsourced Trading businesses globally within Portfolio Solutions.  Dan oversees both product and distribution within these offerings, which includes execution trading, electronic trading and outsourced trading for equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives asset classes.  Mr. Morgan is the CEO of State Street’s affiliated SEC registered broker dealer, SSGM, LLC and is also the chair of SSGM, LLC’s best execution committee.

Mr. Morgan joined State Street’s Global Markets division in 2000 and has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to his current role, he was responsible for State Street’s Agency Trading business facing asset managers including co heading the electronic trading division from 2011-2017. Prior to that role he held positions in portfolio and equity derivatives trading, portfolio  management and business development within State Street’s Transition Management business.  Prior to joining the Portfolio Solutions group, he held a senior sales trading role for Bond Connect, an electronic trading platform designed for the fixed income marketplace.

James Crouch, Global Head of Commission Management, Morgan Stanley

James Crouch is Global Head of Commission Management. He has been with Morgan Stanley for 15 years. Prior to taking responsibility for the Commission Management Group, James headed our international equity sales group covering West Coast clients from our office in San Francisco. James brings more than twenty-five years of industry experience as an equity research analyst and equity sales person to his current role. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, James worked in a senior equity sales role at Citigroup.
