Amol has over 20 years of experience in equity trading product development. He has demonstrated leadership in a wide range of industry roles—from discount brokerage to high-frequency trading platforms, and both buy-side and sell-side. This diverse background gives Amol a unique perspective on market dynamics and trading technology.

Amol is currently managing the in-house built global Equity Trading platform and broker connectivity for Capital Group. He has also led the successful implementation of a fully straight-through trading system for small-value orders and an Internal Crossing Engine for larger orders— initiatives that enhanced efficiency and scalability to better serve our clients As a CFA candidate, Amol is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, always looking for ways to improve trading processes and drive innovation

Enrico Cacciatore, Senior Quantitative Trader, Head of Market Structure and Trading Analytics, Voya Investment Management

Enrico manages trading for the quantitative equity team as well as all ETP trading for the Multi-Asset Strategies Solutions team. In addition to trading, Enrico leads the effort in evaluating and improving the overall trading process from both an execution and systems prospective. Enrico is a member of NASDAQ’s Institutional Traders Advisory Committee (ITAC) and Intelligent Ticks Proposal as well as Virtu Analytics Advisory Board.  Enrico earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Systems) from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as graduate studies in Computational Finance (MSCF) from Carnegie Mellon University.

Amy May, Executive Director, Electronic Trading, Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley Amy May  runs the global Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) vendor management team. A member of the firm since 1996, Amy and the vendor management team cover global connectivity for all high touch and low touch algorithmic and direct market access for equities, options and futures products. Amy started her career at Morgan Stanley in their Tokyo branch and has been in the New York offices since 2000. Amy joined the Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) team in 2003.

Amy holds a B.S. from Illinois State University and was a Fulbright Scholar to Japan in 1991-92. Amy served as the FIX Americas Regional Committee Co-Chair 2016-2018.
