Jon has considerable Electronic, Trading & Sales experience across FICC. He currently runs the Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies Trading Solutions business at LSEG and has held senior positions across NatWest Markets, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and JPMorgan, across voice & electronic markets.

Miguel Cota, Fixed Income Trader, American Century Investments

Miguel Cota is a Vice President and Senior Credit Trader for American Century Investments, where he trades corporate bonds, credit derivatives, munis, convertibles, preferreds, TBAs and futures. Prior to joining American Century Investments, Miguel was a Senior Trader at BlackRock leading the High Yield Credit Macro Pod in San Francisco.  He has worked in the investment industry for nearly 15 years with Fundamental and Systematic investment strategies spanning multiple asset classes in both the US and Emerging Markets.

Miguel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.

Nick Cox is an independent consultant who advises companies that are developing innovative solutions to challenges faced by asset managers, particularly in debt capital markets.  Previously he was global head of Fixed Income Trading at JP Morgan Asset Management and before that held senior positions within the fixed income and trading functions of BlackRock.  He has also worked as a trader within the investment banking units of ABN Amro, JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, and has worked in London, New York and Moscow.  Nick has a degree in Physics from Exeter University.
