Rebecca Mazour, Head of Integration, Trumid

With over a decade of credit market experience both as a FIX integration specialist and analyst, Rebecca is responsible for end-to-end FIX connectivity at Trumid. As Head of Integration, Rebecca manages Trumid’s dedicated client integration and FIX product analyst teams, ensuring seamless connectivity and smooth integrations for institutional clients. Rebecca creates and refines FIX API specifications, collaborating closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementations and product releases. Prior to joining Trumid in 2017, Rebecca was at GFI Group for 6 years. As a FIX integration specialist across CDS, IRS and energy asset classes, Rebecca managed technical integrations between buy-and sell-side clients and GFI’s FIX API electronic trading systems. Rebecca has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University.

Derek Schure, Americas Director of Trading Sales, London Stock Exchange Group

Specializing in multi-asset order, execution and portfolio management.  Prior to being in FinTech, Derek worked on both buy and sell side trading desks allowing him to be very impactful in his current role.  Outside of work Derek is an avid hockey fan who also loves spending time boating and fishing.

John Colasanti, Managing Director – FX & Rates Algo Execution, Precision Algo

John Colasanti leads the Precision FX and Rates Algo businesses for BGC. Mr. Colasanti has 20 years of sales and trading experience across FX, Rates, and Prime Brokerage. He previously held leadership roles at Barclays Capital, Citi, Instinet and ITG Virtu.

Todd McDonald, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, R3

Todd is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for R3. Todd co-founded R3 in 2015 and was one of the first to uncover the promise of blockchain technology for the financial services industry and beyond. He also served on the Hyperledger Governing Board where he oversaw all project business and marketing matters.

Todd, alongside fellow leaders in the crypto assets sector, founded The Global Digital Finance (GDF) industry body to release an industry code of conduct to drive sustainable crypto assets innovation. Prior to R3, Todd spent fourteen years at Standard Chartered Bank as a Managing Director in their financial markets group where he held positions such as Global Head of Electronic FX Trading and Head of FX for the Americas. Todd holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University, NY.

Dwayne Middleton, Global Head of Trading in the Fixed Income Division, T. Rowe Price

He is responsible for leading the Trading team across foreign exchange, interest rate, investment-grade and high yield credit, emerging market, municipal, mortgage, and structured product asset classes. Dwayne also is actively involved in the fixed income market structure and trading technology initiatives. He is a member of the Global Trading, Counterparty Risk, and Fixed Income Best Execution Committees. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Dwayne’s investment experience began in 1994, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Dwayne was employed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management as the global head of fixed income trading and a senior investor on the global credit team. He also has held various roles with JPMorgan Asset Management, most notably as head of U.S. investment-grade credit leading portfolio construction, strategy implementation, sector allocation, and trading. He also was a voting member of the fixed income macro team, setting allocation strategies across portfolios.

Dwayne earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.

David Yermack, Albert Fingerhut Professor of Finance and Business Transformation, New York University’s Stern School of Business

David Yermack is the Albert Fingerhut Professor of Finance and Business Transformation at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1994.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the NYU School of Law, Director of the NYU Pollack Center for Law and Business, and a Research Associate of the NBER Law and Economics program.

In 2014 Prof. Yermack began teaching a full semester course at NYU on Digital Currency and Blockchains with his Law School colleague Prof. Geoffrey Miller.  The course was the first in the world on this topic taught at a major research university, and it now draws more than 200 students annually.

Prof. Yermack has presented his FinTech research at numerous international universities and regulatory bodies including the United Nations, Bank for International Settlements, OECD, U.S. Treasury Department, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, and the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Michael Smith, Global Sales Strategy & Execution, LSEG

Michael is the Director of Global Sales Strategy & Execution for OEMS & Equities, where he supports the development of sales of the Refinitiv suite for trading workflows.

Prior to this role, Michael supported LSEG’s equity desktop products in various roles.

Before coming to LSEG, he worked as a Sales Trader for Société Générale, Fidelity Capital Markets, and ConvergEx. He also spent time as a trader for Columbia Management’s Quantitative Strategy group.

Sam Priyadarshi, Advisor, Wave Labs Limited

Dr. Sam Priyadarshi is a senior leader with 25 years investment experience leading global teams for portfolio management, risk management, and trading. He has deep knowledge of capital
markets, global regulations, portfolio & trading systems and is a thought leader in derivatives & fixed income market structure and related technology. He is frequently consulted on market
structure, market reforms, trading venues, central clearing, CCP resiliency, new products, bank capital regulations, trade automation, price transparency, and market liquidity. He serves as Non-Executive Director on the Bloomberg BSBY Oversight Committee and the CME Term SOFR Oversight Committee. He is an Advisor to Wave Labs Limited, a fixed income trading platform.

Dr. Priyadarshi was Principal, and Global Head of Portfolio Risk and Derivatives at Vanguard from 2009 to 2022. He led a global team responsible for market risk management of active fixed income funds totaling over $190 billion and for the trading of over $1.2 trillion annually in cash and derivatives instruments. He was chair of the Technology Steering Committee, member of the Market Structure Committee and the LIBOR Steering Committee.

Previously, he worked at the Lincoln Financial Group for 12 years, where he was Vice President, Derivatives and was responsible for hedging insurance products and portfolios. He was a member of Lincoln’s Derivatives Committee, Insurance General Account Assets Committee, and Alternative Investments Screening Committee.

Dr. Priyadarshi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. He holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has a Ph.D. in finance from Virginia Tech. He speaks often at several industry conferences, and has guest lectured at many universities. He is an active participant in many industry panels and working groups related to derivatives and fixed income markets. He was a member of CFTC’s Market Risk Advisory Committee and the Advisory Board of UCLA Anderson School MFE program.

Mary Burke, Group Head, Sales & Account Management Americas, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)

Mary is an execution-oriented executive leader with a successful track record leading teams and businesses for over 20 years.  Mary is Group Head, Sales, and Account Management, LSEG Americas and leads a team of sales and relationship managers responsible for our business, revenue and customers in the Americas.   She has held senior leadership roles in NY and London leading Business, Product and Sales organizations, driving transformation and growth.

Mary is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (YGL) 2015.  She serves on the Board of the Grace Institute in NY helping to economically empower women and is a senior member of the Women’s Bond Club.  Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Fordham University in New York.  She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.

Ashley Kryshtalsky, Global Head of Product, Workflow Technology, Virtu Financial

Ashley Kryshtalsky is the Global Head of Product on Virtu Financial’s Workflow Technology team for the Triton EMS platform.  She is the subject matter expert on automation and multi-asset trading in the Triton EMS platform and is responsible for new product initiatives, owning the product lifecycle from initial concept to delivery.

Ashley joined ITG in November 2018 as a Director of Workflow Technology prior to the firm’s acquisition by Virtu in March 2019. She has over twelve years of experience in the electronic trading space, previously having worked at Instinet holding coverage, sales, and product roles.

Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in biology and a sociology degree from SUNY Albany.
