Helena Wedin is Head of ETF/ETP Europe at Nasdaq, based in Stockholm, with more than 30 years of experience across financial markets, trading technology, and exchange operations.

She has held leadership roles spanning exchange‑traded products, market design, trading and post‑trade infrastructure, and market‑technology advisory.

As part of her current role, she focuses on the evolution of digital asset markets, including crypto ETPs, tokenization of financial instruments, and the integration of DLT‑based models into regulated exchange environments. Her experience includes defining market structure models, trading functionalities, and scalable business frameworks, as well as working closely with issuers, trading firms, and key market infrastructure providers.

Florian Stasch, Executive Board Member, RULEMATCH Europe

Florian Stasch is an Executive Board Member at RULEMATCH, a financial market infrastructure provider in trading, clearing, and settlement of digital assets, based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. RULEMATCH was built to meet the highest standards of banks, securities firms and their institutional clients. Florian brings over 25 years of capital markets experience, having held roles at BNP Paribas, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and ABN Amro before transitioning into digital asset market infrastructure in 2022. At RULEMATCH, Florian is responsible for business strategy at the intersection of institutional trading infrastructure, crypto markets, and tokenized securities.

Øivind Amundsen, CEO at Euronext Oslo Børs

Øivind Amundsen has more than 23 years of professional experience at Oslo Børs. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Euronext Oslo Børs and Member of the Managing Board of the Euronext Group. Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Vice President responsible for Primary Markets and Legal Affairs.

Amundsen’s previous experience includes serving as Partner at the law firm Selmer, where he specialized in public equity capital market transactions. He has also been Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs at KLP.

Amundsen holds a Master of Law (Cand.jur.) degree from the University of Bergen, and he is an Authorized Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics. He also holds a higher officer degree from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, and he has served as a naval officer on various vessels within the Royal Norwegian Navy.

Athina Trika, CFA, Equity Execution Sales at Kepler Cheuvreux

Athina is a senior financial markets professional with 15 years of experience in institutional sales, market structure, and trade execution. She currently works in Execution Sales at KCx. She previously, held roles at the London Stock Exchange Group, where she developed deep expertise in market infrastructure, liquidity, and execution. Athina holds a Master’s degree from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Before joining Ruth AM, Per held positions at Max Matthiessen Värdepapper and Skandia Liv Kapitalförvaltning. He holds an MSc in Economics from Uppsala University and is a CFA charterholder.

Christian Kjær, Senior Vice President & Head of Liquid Markets, ATP

Christian Kjær is Senior Vice President and ATP’s Head of Liquid Markets, an in-house risk balanced multi-asset investment team with overall responsibility for the liquid part of ATP’s investment portfolio. He is a member of the investment committee, the committee for social responsibility and the corporate governance forum within ATP. Christian has previously held responsibility for global equities, inflation and volatility in ATP which he joined in 2015 as Portfolio Manager.

Prior to joining ATP Christian was Head of Inflation Trading in Nordea Markets. Before that he held positions in the Insurance and Pension Solutions Group at Credit Suisse, the Institutional Solutions group at Nordea Markets and Mckinsey & Company

Christian holds a M.Sc in Economics and a Ph.D in Economics (Game Theory) from the University of Aarhus, Denmark

Daniel Kristiansson, Stewardship and Corporate Governance Specialist, Alecta

Daniel joined Alecta in 2023 as a specialist in governance and stewardship. He is leading Alecta’s work on governance, nomination committees and voting policy. Alecta is a mutual occupational pension fund, and among the largest pension funds in Northern Europe. The larger part of assets is managed in-house in an active and fundamental approach, with equity investments in Europe and the US.  In line with Swedish governance tradition, Alecta as a large shareholder participates in the Nomination Committee of about 20 Large Cap companies in Sweden.
