Reinhilde Weidacher, Global Head of ESG Data Strategy, ISS ESG

Reinhilde Weidacher is Managing Director and Global Head of ESG Data Strategy. She is responsible for ISS ESG’ data strategy across all ESG research products and underlying methodologies, and for developing and maintaining an ESG ecosystem of data, including issuer data verification. Reinhilde originally joined Ethix SRI Advisors in 2003. She has over the past two decades worked closely with institutional investors globally to develop and implement solutions for sustainable and responsible investment.

She holds a Laurea in Political Science from Bologna University, Italy, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences from Stockholm University. Reinhilde speaks German, Italian, Dutch and Swedish. Reinhilde is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Lingyi Lu, Head of Sustainability, Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management

Lingyi Lu is Head of ESG research and Sustainability at Söderberg & Partners, a leading financial advisory and insurance brokerage active in the Nordics and several other Europeans countries. Söderberg & Partners’ sustainability analyses cover over 3 500 financial products and the sustainability ratings are fully integrated in advisory and asset management. In 2021, Ms. Lu was nominated for the prize “Sweden’s Best Head of Sustainability” amongst three other finalists in other sectors, by the renowned Swedish sustainability magazine Aktuell Hållbarhet. Previous to joining Söderberg & Partners, Ms. Lu worked at the UN Development Program (UNDP). She has been engaged as board member of Swesif (the Swedish sustainable investment forum) since 2019.

David Furlong, CEO, Virtu Financial Ireland

David Furlong joined Virtu in 2009 to set up their European operations. Virtu entities in Europe now offer multiple financial services including electronic market making, operating of an SI, Analytics, Agency brokerage and the POSIT MTF.

He has been active in market structure debates for many years, representing Virtu on FIA EPTA, and is also a member of ESMA SMSC Consultancy Working Group.

Jack Leppard, Executive Director, responsible for Execution Sales and Wholesale Execution Services, Goldman Sachs Electronic Trading.

Jack has 16 years’ experience, joining Goldman Sachs in 2017 to focus on business development and origination within Electronic Execution Services.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs he held previous roles at KCG, BNY ConvergEx and BNP Paribas.

Erik Einerth, Senior Expert of Capital and Derivatives Markets, SSMA

With 30 years of financial market experience, Erik currently holds the position of Senior Expert of Capital and Derivatives Markets at SSMA. This role follows Erik’s work as Senior Business Development Manager and Regulatory Affairs Officer at Swedbank.

Erik has also had 20 years of trading experience as a derivatives market maker and equity trader. This involved working as Global Head of Equity Trading at SEB Enskilda and taking on the role of Head of Trading at Carnegie.

Øivind Amundsen, CEO, Oslo Børs

Øivind Amundsen took up his position as  CEO Oslo Børs ASA and Member of the Managing Board in Euronext on 1 February 2020. He came to Oslo Børs in 2010 as Executive Vice President Primary Markets & Legal Affairs. He has former positions as partner in the law firm Selmer working with Public Equity Capital Transactions and as Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs in KLP. Prior to this he worked, among others, several years as lawyer in the legal department at Oslo Børs.  Amundsen is Cand. jur from the University in Bergen, Authorized Financial Analyst from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in addition to being higher officer from the Norwegian Naval Academy.

Dirk Donker, Head of Retail Services, Euronext

Dirk Donker is the Head of the Euronext Retail Services which covers asset classes that have a strong level of retail investor participation (Dutch Derivatives, Best of Book and Warrants and Certificates) at Euronext, with overall P&L responsibility for these activities. He is a member of the Managing Board of Euronext Amsterdam.

Prior to this role, he held several positions within Euronext serving the company within different roles and Business Units .

Experience in both Cash and Derivatives Markets and commercial roles.

Previously based in Paris, as Head of Cash Market Surveillance, managed the team and played a lead role to transition Cash Market Surveillance and Derivatives Markets Surveillance into the Euronext Market Services team.

Dirk is also member of the Managing Board of Euronext Amsterdam.
