Jerome Milerioux, Head of Business Development, Natixis TradEx Solutions

Jerome Milerioux began his career in 2007 at Mizuho International plc in London, as equity sales responsible for French buy-side clients.

In 2009, Jerome joined Moody’s Analytics as account manager, covering key French and Nordic institutional accounts with credit research. He subsequently worked there as product specialist, covering Western Europe and South Africa with credit risk analytics.

Jerome returned to Paris in 2012 to handle French buy-side coverage at MSCI, covering multi-asset class solutions for portfolio construction, optimization and risk analysis.

In 2016, Jerome joined Seeyond, the quantitative investment division of Natixis Asset Management.

Since 2022, he is Head of Business Development at Natixis TradEx Solutions, the outsourced dealing desk of Natixis Investment Managers.

Jerome holds a Master’s degree from ISC Paris Business School.

Huw Grunow is Head of Dealing at Newton, overseeing all trading for the UK based firm across all asset classes. He joined Newton in October 2016. Prior to that he was Head of Trading, Europe and Asia at Principal Asset Management, with trading roles at Blackrock and TT International Investment Management before that.

Huw co-chairs the EMEA Investment Management Working Group for FIX Trading Community, a not-for-profit industry organization working for standardized technology trading protocols in the industry, as well as being a member of the UK Investment Association’s Buyside Trading Committee. He also sits on advisory groups for a number of other industry entities.

Huw graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master’s degree (MA) in Natural Sciences. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (Chartered FCSI) and a member of the CQF Institute.

Nicolas joined LCH SA in 2011 in the Collateral and Liquidity Management division and was responsible for delivering new products and tooling for the activity. He joined RepoClear SA in 2018 as head of Change and has been instrumental in delivering new products and enhancements of the service.

Geoffrey Damien – Head of XTX France, XTX Markets

Geoffrey had a stint at a brokers before landing at Euronext, where he held a variety of roles over nearly 10 years, including as a Product Manager and latterly as Head of Product Development in the Equity and Derivatives markets. He then joined XTX Markets in 2019 and is currently Head of XTX France, and leads the Business Development efforts in Europe.

Alastair Richardson, Strategic Business Development Director, AMD

Alastair brings more than two decades of experience in the global fintech and technology sectors. His journey spans roles across the front office, technical leadership, and various domains, including trading, product development, and sales. Alastair has worked at renowned financial institutions such as JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Barclays, as well as several fintech startups focusing on capital markets, including Fixnetix and Metamako. Currently, he spearheads Global Business Development for Financial Technology at AMD NTSG.

Senior execution trader in Société Générale Luxembourg.

Benjamin joined AXA IM in 2021 as Head of Electronic Trading & Data where he was responsible for the Multi-Asset Low Touch execution as well as for the automation projects and transversal coordination of data related topics for trading.  In March 2024, he was appointed Head of High Touch Execution leading the Equity and Fixed Income asset classes globally.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Benjamin worked at Natixis, PwC and more recently at AXA Direct France in roles related to data and machine learning leading teams of data scientists.

Benjamin is a graduate of ENSTA Paris Tech and is a CFA Charterholder.

Xavier Hoche is a financial markets professional with over 25 years of experience in operational management of trading teams.

He served as Chief Operating Officer at AXA Investment Managers from 2010 to 2024, where he coordinated global trading operations across multiple asset classes, including fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, derivatives and securities financing.

Xavier played a key role in implementing electronic trading platforms and auto-trading, and managed significant regulatory projects such as Brexit and MiFID II, from a front-office perspective.

Before this, Xavier was Head of Business Coordination at AXA Investment Managers (2004-2010), where he streamlined front-office processes.

Earlier in his career, Xavier held middle-office roles at Barclays and Union Bank of Switzerland, focusing on risk analysis and control for various trading desks.

Throughout his career, Xavier always had an eye for technical innovations fostering automation in financial markets, leveraging on technology and data science.

Xavier recently completed a coding bootcamp in data science and artificial intelligence at Le Wagon, and he also holds a master’s in international finance from H.E.C. and a computer science engineering degree from ENSIMAG.

Pierre Davoust is Head of Central Securities Depositories for Euronext since 2020 and Member of the Executive Committee at Euronext. Pierre is also Chairman of the Board of Euronext CSDs (Porto, Oslo, Milan and Copenhagen). He joined Euronext in 2019 as Head of Business Development.

Before joining Euronext, Pierre was Head of Markets at SETL, a UK-based distributed ledger company focusing on financial services, Chief Executive Officer of Iznes, a DLT-based mutual fund distribution platform and Non-Executive Director of ID2S, a DLT-based Central Securities Depository.

Prior to that, Pierre held various positions at the French Treasury, and served in particular as deputy head of financial markets.

Pierre holds Master’s degrees from Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and Paris School of Economics.
