Thalia Rance, Vice President, Credit Suisse

Thalia Rance is a Vice President of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets division, based in London.  She has been at the firm 14 years working in the Sales team on the Advanced Execution Desk (AES) within the Equities department.  She has experience covering a wide spectrum of clients with particular focus and success in the UK.

Thalia joined Credit Suisse from Goldman Sachs where she spent five years working on the electronic trading desk selling algorithms and the REDI platform to Hedge funds and Institutional clients.

Thalia is a committee member of Women Connect, a Credit Suisse female employee led initiative who work closely with Equities management to help find creative and sustainable solutions to the gender diversity challenge.

Lisa Appleby, Talent Consultant and Internal Coach, Man Group

Lisa Appleby is a Talent Consultant and Internal Coach at Man Group. Based in London, she is responsible for the identification, development and succession planning for Man Group’s future leaders.

Prior to joining Man Group in 2020, Lisa held a number of senior talent positions for various investment banks, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America.

Lisa is an executive coach accredited in the use of a number of psychometric instruments.

Sajana Karunagaran, Market Analyst, Aquis Exchange PLC

Sajana is a Market Analyst in the Aquis Exchange product and project management team.

She is a Business, Finance & Management graduate from the University of East Anglia, and joined Aquis Exchange PLC in 2020.

Sajana is currently preparing for the CISI Introduction to Securities and Investment exam.
