Fixed income electronic trading professional with career background in platform sales at MarketAxess and Bloomberg. At MarketAxess, she manages electronic trading relationships with banks and quant trading firms across Europe, with a pronounced focus on protocol cost efficiency, market impact analysis, and EMS connectivity architecture. Her responsibilities extend across high touch and low touch strategy, pre-trade quality, algorithmic execution and best execution practices in the credit space.

John Bryant, Senior Vice President, Field CTO at Options IT

Options’ Field CTO joined in 2008 with his initial focus on the revamp of our low-latency market data product portfolio in addition to steering the company’s global data centre expansion program. As well as leading our customer engagements, John advises clients and prospects on industry best-practice design.

With over 20 years Capital Markets experience, John has a wealth of knowledge stretching across technologies such as ultra-low latency trading infrastructure, application architecture and cyber security.

Prior to working for Options, John was IT Director for Insinger de Beaufort, an Anglo-Dutch private bank, where he streamlined their trading platforms under one multi-asset offering as well as rationalising their middle and back office IT architecture.

Byron Griffin is the Head of Market Structure and Sales at ODDO BHF Execution Services. With more than 25 years of experience in equities execution, his responsibilities include product strategy, algorithmic and quantitative trading solutions, and the firm’s broader market development.

Janak Patel, Head of Quant Coverage & Execution Analytics at Aquis Exchange

Janak is responsible for servicing quantitative trading firms and driving the development of data-driven execution analytics. Having started the department in 2022, Janak leverages his strong background in mathematics to analyse complex trading datasets, delivering actionable insights that improve client trading performance and drive product innovation and recommendations on Aquis.

Richard Lascelles, Head of Credit and SPG Digital Markets at J.P. Morgan

Richard currently leads initiatives to electronify, automate, and scale distribution across J.P. Morgan’s Credit and Securitized Products Group, streamlining sales and trading workflows and expanding digital channels. Across roles spanning technology, eSales, and product, his focus has been applying emerging technology to improve how the firm serves clients.

Ruchi Gawri, Head of European Rates Electronic Sales, Product, and Market Structure Strategy at Morgan Stanley

Ruchi Gawri is responsible for EMEA Rates sales, product development, and Market Structure at Morgan Stanley. During 17 years of her career in the financial industry, she worked in Fixed income research, Macro Structuring, and cross-asset hedge fund sales, before transitioning to the world of Fixed income Electronic Trading at Morgan Stanley. During her tenure at MS, she has led the electronification and digitization of the trading business across various asset classes. Ruchi holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering, and an MBA degree with focus on Finance. She is also an FRM charter-holder. Shreya Vaidyanathan, Product Lead for Alternative Data Feeds, Bloomberg

Shreya is Product Lead for Alternative Data Feeds at Bloomberg, where she oversees the strategy and development of alternative data products, including Second Measure, serving institutional investors globally. She focuses on transforming unstructured and emerging data into structured, investable insights for trading and research workflows. Shreya holds master’s degrees in Computer Science and Journalism from Columbia University.

Elena Trimcheska is the Head of Education at ACI Financial Markets Association (ACI FMA), appointed after more than a decade of dedicated involvement with the Association’s values and educational mission. She leads ACI FMA’s global educational initiatives with a strong focus on syllabus development, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Elena has held senior management roles across international and regional banking groups, including Société Générale and Erste Group Bank, and served as Partner and Advisory Lead in professional services with Grant Thornton. Her expertise spans financial markets, asset and liability management, risk management, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence.

She is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of education, firmly believing it to be the most important driver of personal and professional growth. Elena began her career in the banking sector’s treasury operations, where she earned the ACI Dealing Certificate and ACI Diploma. Recognized for her leadership potential and academic excellence, she was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, one of the UK Government’s flagship international awards, to pursue a Master of Science in International Securities, Investment and Banking at the ICMA Centre, University of Reading. She achieved the CFA Charter in 2018 and is currently enrolled in the ACCA program.
