<p>Greg has primary responsibility for ASIC’s Markets group. In this role, he oversees the Market Infrastructure, Market Supervision, Corporations, Financial Reporting and Audit, Governance and Registered Liquidators teams and works closely with the Markets Enforcement team. Greg’s areas of responsibility also include cyber security, ESG and crypto assets. The Markets group is focused on improving the effectiveness of Australia’s capital markets. It also supports efficient capital raising, investment, and risk management. Additionally, Greg oversees ASIC’s work to regulate corporations, auditors of disclosing entities, registered company auditors and registered liquidators.</p>
<p>Greg has more than 30 years of experience and extensive experience in financial market development, regulation and supervision. Before joining ASIC, he was the CEO of AXE ECN Pty Limited. Previously Greg was the manager of institutional and wholesale markets at the Australian Stock Exchange where he implemented equity market structure changes and managed the operations of the market surveillance and investigations units.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<style type="text/css"></style><p>Paul Tang is Member of the European Parliament for the Partij van de Arbeid (PvdA) since July 2014, sitting in the Group of Socialists and Democrats. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and worked for the Dutch ministry of Economic Affairs and the Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis before entering the Dutch parliament in 2007. Here, Paul Tang was spokesperson for financial and fiscal affairs from 2007 until 2010, right through the financial crisis. In 2014, Paul Tang led the electoral list of the PvdA for the European Elections. In the European Parliament, Paul Tang mainly works on economic and financial affairs, with a focus on fair taxation and sustainable finance, and the role of data in our society. Paul Tang was rapporteur on Commission proposals for a Common Corporate Tax Base and Digital Services Tax, the Securitisation Regulation, and the Disclosure Regulation. Most recently, he was shadow rapporteur for the S&amp;D Group on Taxonomy.</p>

He then joined the FCA’s predecessor organisation at the end of 2006 since when he has worked mainly on wholesale markets issues. He is currently involved in work on the Wholesale Markets Review, mainly focused on work on a consolidated tape.</p>

<p>Tilman Lüder holds a doctorate in law from the University of Tübingen.</p>
<p>Before joining the European Commission in 1999, Tilman was as an associate in Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP. He worked on European and German antitrust and merger control issues.</p>
<p>His first job in the Commission was that of a case manager dealing with antitrust and state aid cases in the area of post and telecommunications in the Directorate General for Competition.</p>
<p>In 2002, he became the spokesperson to Commissioner Mario Monti, responsible for Competition, a position he successfully held until being appointed, in 2005, Head of the Copyright Unit of Directorate General for the Internal Market (DG MARKT).</p>
<p>He pursued his career to become Head of the Asset Management Unit (2011-2015) in DG MARKT, later the Directorate General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and the Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA).</p>
<p>As of September 2015, Tilman heads the Securities Markets Unit in DG FISMA.</p>
