										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<style type="text/css"></style><p>Rostin Behnam was nominated by President Trump as a Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on July 13, 2017, was unanimously confirmed by the Senate on August 3, 2017, and was sworn in to serve as a Commissioner on September 6, 2017 for term expiring in June 2021.</p>
<p>Prior to joining the CFTC, Mr. Behnam served as senior counsel to U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow of Michigan, Ranking Member of the Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee. Mr. Behnam served as counsel to Senator Stabenow from 2011 through his 2017 appointment, focusing on policy and legislation related to the CFTC and the Department of Agriculture.</p>
<p>Prior to serving Senator Stabenow, Mr. Behnam practiced law in New York City and worked at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Behnam is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned a J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.</p>

<p>Philippe Guillot, Managing Director, took responsibility of the Data and Markets Directorate at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in December 2020. The Data and Markets Directorate supervises markets, monitors market infrastructure and stakeholders, and data usage. Since joining the AMF in March 2012 as Executive Director, in charge of Markets, Philippe has played a leading role in the market microstructure debate. He is an active contributor to various international working groups.</p>
<p>Philippe holds a degree in private law from Paris XI University and is a keen cyclist who has twice completed the Tour du Mont Blanc and Paris-Brest-Paris rides in the same year.</p>

<p class="Body" align="left"><span lang="EN-US">Rebecca is considered to be a leading industry voice on market structure, regulatory reform, and financial services technology. Writing research over the last decade, Rebecca has authored a plethora of qualitative reports and commentaries covering the impact of market regulation on all asset classes, the impact of the rise of fintech in capital markets, as well as the impact of the move to ESG and sustainability in asset management</span><span lang="EN-US">; focusing on how technology can help address current challenges, improving capital markets both for participants and investors.</span></p>
<p class="Body" align="left"><span lang="EN-US">Widely quoted in the financial, business and trade media, she has appeared on TV and radio discussing ongoing changes in capital markets such as the </span><i><span lang="DE">Financial Times, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, DeTelegraaf, Die Welt, Le Monde, Les Echos</span></i><span lang="EN-US">, CNBC TV, BBC and Bloomberg, among others. She has contributed to regulatory policy participating in a wide number of roundtables in the UK and Europe including providing evidence for the UK House of Lords review into electronic trading and is a member of ESMA’s Secondary Markets Standing Committee.</span></p>
<p class="NewNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Prior to writing research since 2011, Rebecca held </span><span lang="EN-US">various positions at Bankers Trust, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, where she was instrumental in launching the successful AES product from its inception in 2002. She was the first electronic trader at Credit Suisse to be registered for all electronic European cash equity markets.  During this time Rebecca also set up Positive Risk, a forerunner of initiatives to educate women in financial planning.  Rebecca was based in the Middle East from 2008 to 2010, where she was employed by the British Embassy in Bahrain, successfully launching the UK Government’s financial services strategy in Bahrain.  </span></p>

<p>Matthew Coupe is head of Fixed Income sales and product EMEA for Susquehanna, he was formally global head of cross asset market structure, based in London. He advises on the future market structure, forms the advocacy position of the markets division on areas of market structure, and engages with politicians, trade associations, regulatory bodies Sell side, Buy side, Trading Venues and Vendors. Further to this he develops explanatory and thought leadership pieces around Market Structure.</p>
<p>He has previously sat on the FCA’s Secondary Markets Advisory Committee, the CFTC’s Global Market Structure sub-committee, the FMSB’s board and currently co-chairs the FIX Trading Community for the EMEA region. A regulatory and trading specialist across multiple asset classes, particularly when looking market micro structure evolution across all asset classes, and the evolution of the trading ecosystem.</p>
