Élodie is currently Head of Operations & Strategy at Kaiko, the reference market data provider for digital finance. Previously, she spent 9 years in Silicon Valley: in Investment Strategy at VMware where she worked in M&A, working on 18 acquisitions and led the finance integration of CarbonBlack ($2.2B EV acquisition) and Corporate Venture Capital (direct investments in startups), and as Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank.

Basu Choudhury, Head of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives, OSTTRA FX & Securities

With over twenty years’ experience in business, technology, regulation and financial markets infrastructure, Basu currently works within the FX and Securities division of OSTTRA,

the new home of MarkitServ, Traiana , TriOptima and Reset.

 Basu’s main focus is on driving strategic initiatives in order to deliver service capabilities for institutional firms operating in the wholesale FX and Securities markets.

 Basu brings a wealth of FX knowledge and experience as the former Head of Product for LCH ForexClear service, where he lead the design of the service for FX NDF

clearing and was at the forefront of the definition of a model for CCPs to interact with CLS to enable the clearing of FX deliverable products (FX Options/Spot/Forwards).

Before joining LCH Basu was at Standard Bank, where he was a business/technical architect focused on business process reengineering for the local markets’ desks across its global FX emerging markets footprint.

Prior to his time at Standard Bank, he spent over 10 years building, designing and supporting banking and hedge fund business initiatives across FX, Equity Derivatives, Rates and Credit business lines.

 Basu received his Masters in Economics, specializing in econometrics and options theory, from the University of Toronto in 1997.

Serg Gulko, CEO, Axon Trade

He focuses on building and managing platform that utilizes FIX protocol to stream market data and trade across multiple digital assets exchanges.
Prior to starting Axon Trade, Serg spent a decade as a CEO of AxonSoftware, company, specialized in building HFT and uHFT solutions for FX markets as well as large-scale market data processing projects.
Actively promotes usage of FIX API for digital assets trading.

Sean Ristau, EVP, Strategic Business Development, Prime Trust

Sean is the EVP of Strategic Business Development at Prime Trust, LLC. A Nevada-based Trust Company & Qualified Custodian. Sean has an executive with an extensive 21-year background and is fluent in most sectors of the capital markets industry. Having worked on capital markets’ trading, business, and technology sides, Sean can apply views from different angles. Sean was an early adopter of crowdfunding, electronic trading, wealth management, cryptocurrencies, digital asset, and blockchain-based technologies.

Additionally, Sean has spent a significant amount of time consulting and advising firms in these spaces. In 2015, Sean founded the FIX Protocol Digital Currency & Blockchain Working Group, a group working to ensure FIX Protocol proper representation in the ever-changing area. Sean is still the Chairman of this group. In addition, Sean is an Advisory Board Member for the Security Traders Association of Chicago. Further, in 2017 Sean was asked to be on the International Standards Organization (ISO) Board for Digital Assets ISO/TC 68/SC 8/WG 3 – Second tier registry for digital currency codes. As a leader and frequent speaker, Sean continues to be heavily involved in the Crypto & Blockchain space.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management focusing on economics from Colorado Technical University. He is also a frequent speaker around current and emerging capital market solutions.

Jim Kaye, Executive Director, FIX Trading Community

Jim has worked in the financial industry for 25 years, mostly in equities electronic trading, market structure and regulatory implementation. He has been involved in FIX in various capacities over most of this period, having served as GSC co-chair for eight years, a director for five and as co-chair of various working groups.
