<p>Simon holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) and a Masters in Applied Statistics.</p>

Nicola is responsible for business development, new markets advances and regulatory solutions.</p>
<p>Nicola has over 13 years of experience in financial services, spanning Trading and Software development. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, she was the global head of Electronic Markets within the Fixed Income Markets division at Morgan Stanley, where she held numerous leadership roles since joining in 2003, the most recent of which was driving the electronification of Fixed Income for the bank.</p>
<p>Nicola is on the Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope New York and is Co-Head of the LADACIN New Jersey Marathon Committee.</p>
<p>Nicola received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.</p>

<p>Chris White has 18 years of financial services experience with more than 13 years dedicated to fixed income electronic business development. His journey in financial technology began in 2003 when he joined the electronic corporate bond trading start up, MarketAxess. After helping establish the MarketAxess platform, Mr. White transitioned his career to the sell side, working for leading investment banks like Barclays, Lehman and Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for modernizing their respective credit market making businesses. During his time at Goldman Sachs (2010 – 2015), Mr. White invented the GSessions corporate bond trading platform and the first corporate bond IOI.</p>
<p>Currently, Mr. White is the founder and CEO of two companies, ViableMkts, an advisory firm that provides strategic guidance on financial technology and fixed income market structure and BondCliQ, a start-up company that is building an innovative central market system for corporate bonds.</p>
<p>In addition to ViableMkts and BondCliQ, Mr. White is the founder and editor of the Friday Newsletter (<a href="http://www.fridaynewsletter">www.fridaynewsletter</a>) and a professor at the New York Institute of Finance where he teaches a course in market structure mechanics and electronic trading.</p>

<p>Prior to Traiana, he served in marketing and sales roles at the Chicago Board of Trade, the last b eing director of e-trading sales and distribution for the CBOT-EUREX Joint Venture, Inc., an alliance between two of the world’s largest derivatives exchanges.</p>

Stefan formerly held positions at Fidessa in the FIX connectivity group, and GE Healthcare in the advanced technology group. Stefan graduated with a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.</p>

<p>Tom Venezia is the Global Head of the Trading Capabilities business for exchange-traded instruments within the Trading business unit in the Financial &amp; Risk division of Thomson Reuters. Thomson Reuters Trading delivers financial information, news, collaboration, and transactions services to support the trading floor activities of buy- and sell-side clients across global financial markets.  The Exchange-Traded Instruments trading business focuses on news, content and transactional capabilities of the equity and derivative exchange market places.</p>
<p>Tom has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets working in various roles and leading several teams including sales, support, product management and business analysis. He has served as Global Head of Trading Capabilities since 2013 focused on Thomson Reuters order and execution routing business, liquidity discovery tools and external relationships with EMS and OMS providers. Tom was a senior member of the REDI acquisition deal team and is now a member of the management team for the Thomson Reuters REDI solution. He is currently a Director of the REDI Global Technologies LLC Broker Dealer and a member of the REDI Global Technologies LLC board of directors.</p>
<p>Tom first joined Reuters in October 2001 following its acquisition of Bridge Information Systems Inc, a market data and agency trading company.  He joined Bridge as an electronic trading specialist in 1999 where he supported the trading desk and managed the electronic trading sales and support teams.  Tom has considerable experience in the financial markets having worked at Chase Bank in New York from 1994 to 1996.  He then moved to QV Trading Systems Inc. from 1996 to 1999, where he held a number of positions within the fixed income and equities trading divisions, designing and implementing transactional platforms for some of the largest banks and brokerage firms on the street.</p>
<p>Tom has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance and a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems, as well as advanced certifications in Object Oriented Development and Design and Technology Project Management from Baruch College and Villanova University, respectively.</p>

Prior to this, he ran Fixed Income Middle Office at Societe Generale where he was responsible for a team of 30+ Trading Assistants across Credit, Rates, FX, &amp; Treasury businesses.</p>
<p>Joe is a Fordham University College of Business graduate, holds LEAN and Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certifications, and is a licensed Series 7 &amp; Series 63 Registered Representative with the SEC.</p>
