Rashmi Rao is a Senior Business Manager, Investments at LGIM America. In her role, she supports the effective management and
development of LGIM America’s investment capabilities and is responsible for the oversight of financial planning, expenditure and
governance processes.

Rashmi joined LGIM America in 2023 as a Business Analyst before taking on her current role in January 2024. Prior to LGIMA, Rashmi was
Lead Business Project Manager at William Blair Investment Management where she oversaw key operational initiatives for trading, trade
operations, and settlement teams. Prior to this, Rashmi was a Business Application Support/Analyst at State of Wisconsin Investment
Board where she led the platform migration from Charles River Development (CRD) to SimCorp Dimension (SCD) for IBOR and trading.
Rashmi also spent time as a Business Transformation Manager, Asset & Wealth Management Advisory at Ernst & Young. Additionally,
Rashmi spent over 13 years at UBS Asset Management, most recently as Director, Global Equity Trading.

Rashmi earned a Bachelor of Engineering, Telecommunications from Bangalore University in India and an MBA from University of Illinois,

Sneha Savalgi, Vice President, Electronic Trading, Goldman Sachs

Sneha rejoined Goldman Sachs in February, 2024 as a senior FIX Engineer within the Global Banking and Markets business to help drive initiatives and overseeing electronic trading client onboarding for our legacy and low-latency offerings. She plays a crucial role in improving onboarding processes for better efficiency and mentoring junior FIX engineers with her expertise to foster culture of excellent client services.

Sneha joined Goldman Sachs back in June, 2017 that introduced her to the banking world, where she was responsible for building automation tools and executing FIX client onboarding for Equities. This experience led her to explore the opportunity at UBS Securities, LLC where her role evolved into the FIX Onboarding Americas Lead for Futures and Options market. At UBS, she accelerated growth revenue for ETD business and built Options platform by driving automation and thoughtful execution of end-to-end client onboarding in the electronic trading space. Prior to banking, Sneha had experiences at a various start-up as a lead backend engineer building APIs & designing distributed systems.

Sneha possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Mumbai, India and a Master’s in Information Systems from NJIT’s Ying Wu College of Computing.

Roger Burkhardt is the Head of AI for Broadridge Financial Solutions and CTO for Capital Markets. He has over 20 years of experience in both electronic trading and AI in capital markets. Prior to Broadridge, he co-led McKinsey’s AI practice for financial services. His previous leadership roles include CTO and FinTech CEO  As NYSE CTO, he led the transition to an electronic market.

Kevin Sweeney

Fidelity Investments; President of Digital Brokerage Services Broker-Dealer, Head of Product Management Strategy, Planning & Operations, FCAT.

Kevin Sweeney supervises the Digital Brokerage Services Broker-Dealer for Fidelity Investments. His mandate is to drive innovation and next gen brokerage trading and settlement strategies, products, and technology. Prior to joining Kevin worked in leadership roles in global banks, Exchanges, and startups in leadership roles where he drove digital innovation, revenue growth, and trading success. Key areas of expertise include cross-asset trading strategies, technology modernization and electronic product development. He has led many exciting product, company acquisitions and platform launches that altered the competitive landscape.

Lona Mozumder  has 20 years of comprehensive background in financial services, risk management, and data analytics, at institutions like the London Stock Exchange Group and Chicago Mercantile Exchange leading Sales teams in Optimization, Data, and Analytics division for the Americas. Her role involves strategizing for sales growth, maintaining high-level client relationships, and collaborating with product development and marketing teams. Prior to that, Lona worked at Citi and BnP Paribas in sales and Trading of Derivatives across many asset classes.

Currently, Lona heads the Commercial Strategy for Cloudburst Technologies, a market and threat intelligence company with a long list of strategic investors like Coinbase, CoinFund, In-Q-Tel(Venture arm of the US Intelligence community).

Lona has been a Board of Director of Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) since 2014 and has been a VP since 2018, where she oversaw the WIFM’s Digital Media strategy.

She received her bachelor’s degree from SUNY – Buffalo and a master’s degree from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Stefano Dallavalle is Head of Product – Digital Assets at R3, to which he brings seven years’ experience of the fixed income markets at trading platform MarketAxess, trading technology vendor FlexTrade and blockchain-based corporate bond trading platform LedgerEdge.

Brad Levy is the chief executive officer at Symphony, the leading financial markets’ infrastructure and technology platform.

Prior to Symphony, Brad was a partner and executive at global analytics and information provider, IHS Markit, having also served as CEO of MarkitSERV and global head of its loan settlement and software services division. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, culminating in his role as managing director and global head of GS’s Principal Strategic Investments Group.

Bill Hebert, Former Co-Chair Global Marketing & Education Committee, FIX Trading Community

William H. Hebert is a senior industry advisor and consultant working with various organizations and committees in both financial services and other industries. Throughout his career Mr. Hebert has been responsible for strategic technology, product and business development, electronic trading & trading systems technology, global market structure initiatives, client relationship management and strategic partnerships. He  a partner for a Massachusetts Human Resources services firm, HR2fit,

Mr. Hebert served as managing director of the Financial Information Forum (FIF), partner and managing director at Alpha Omega Financial Systems, and as vice president and director of Strategic Development and Trading Solutions for Fidelity Capital Markets and the Institutional Products Group of Fidelity Investments, where he managed the various aspects of product strategy, business development and electronic trading solutions.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Hebert served in roles as director and business manager at Thomson Financial Services, vice president of Trading Systems Development for the Boston Stock Exchange and Systems Engineer and Group Manager for Electronic Data Systems in Dallas, TX and Boston, MA.

Mr. Hebert has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stonehill College in Easton, MA and credits in graduate level studies in technology development from the Harvard University Extension School.  He has served as a member and committee co-chair on various industry committees including the Financial Information Forum (FIF) Advisory Board, FIX Trading Community and the Editorial Board for the Global Trading industry journal. Denis Ignatovich is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Imandra, a global AI company pioneering Reasoning-as-a-Service® platforms for automated logical reasoning. He has over a decade of experience in trading, risk management, quantitative modeling, and complex trading system design.

Prior to Imandra, he was head of the central risk trading desk at Deutsche Bank London. During his time at Deutsche Bank London, Denis realized the critical role AI can play in the financial sector and helped develop Imandra’s suite of financial products. Denis’ contributions to computational logic for financial trading platforms include several patents. He holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and degrees in CS and Finance from UT Austin.
